The Spelman College PreFreshman Experience (PFx) is a one-week virtual program designed for incoming HBCU freshmen interested in computer science, data science, AI, technology, or social impact. Participants will engage in daily team meetings and working sessions, attend panels and info sessions focused on college and career success, and explore real-world applications of data, AI, and technology. The program emphasizes hands-on experience with data projects connected to social impact and community change.
